- Miscellaneous Estate Related Projects - We can help with basic clean up, trash removal, and storage.
Pricing
Small Estates, Collections, Or Downsizing Items
Mountain View Estate Sales is here to help no matter how big or how small the job might be. For smaller estates or a handful of items we will typically either offer to buy the items for a flat rate, or we can split a percentage of the final sale from an online auction of those items. Depending on the items themselves this is typically a 50% split. Please call for an exact quote.
Full Estate Sales
For a full estate sale our team will handle all of the details from start to finish. This includes pictures, listings, advertising, hosting an online auction, distributing the items, and cleaning up. The fees for this service can vary depending on size and items but this will typically be a percentage split on the final sales price of all items.
